Lumezi appoints another prosecutor in the case of the murder of Agonis Tetaj
Chief State Prosecutor, Aleksander Lumezi has reacted regarding the murder of Agonis Tetaj, saying that he is ready for justice to be fullfilled and to prevent bias and to avoid prejudices in the case of the murder of Agonis Tetaj, today he has made a decision to take the case from the prosecutor of the case within his legal competencies and to reassign it to another prosecutor.
Lumezi also said that they will ask the trial panel not to announce the completion of the main trial, but to obtain other necessary evidence, which will completely reveal the truth in this criminal-legal case.
