The application period to register as a voter outside Kosovo ended last night, however the number of those who have applied to vote in the local elections to be held in Kosovo is still unknown. CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi told KosovaPress that on August 18, the application period to register as a voter outside Kosovo ended.
