LDK wants a joint list, not a coalition with AKR
The presidency of the Democratic League of Kosovo met on Saturday to discuss the list of candidates for MPs with whom they will run in the February 14 elections. After the meeting, the deputy chairman of this party, Lutfi Haziri stated in front of the media that LDK is working to submit the list within the legal deadlines, expressing confidence that it will consist of reliable names representing different groups.
Regarding the coalitions, Haziri said that the LDK chairman, Isa Mustafa and the nominee for prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, have the authority to talk to individuals and political parties that want to be part of this party's list. The deputy chairman of LDK, said that it is not the intention of LDK to have a classic coalition and that whoever wants to cooperate with this party, including AKR, should be merged within a joint list.
