LDK candidate for mayor of Istog Ilir Ferati leads with 56.37 percent of the vote in the race for mayor of this municipality. He received 8,600 votes out of 89.24 percent of the votes counted. Beke Berisha from AAK received 43.63 percent or 6,657 votes.
