The incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti on the World Down Syndrome Day, said that the Government of the Republic of Kosovo once again pledges to use all capacities for equal treatment and to create the necessary conditions for education and development of children affected by this syndrome. "The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has always expressed readiness and willingness to make available all the necessary mechanisms to enable those affected by Down Syndrome to enjoy all rights, from schooling to the establishment of "conditions for an independent life, by supporting their extraordinary skills and talents", Hoti wrote on Facebook.
