The incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, received the EU Commissioner for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak. According to a press release issued by the Office of the Prime Minister, it is said that “Hoti thanked Mr. Lajçak for the cooperation so far in mediating the dialogue process with Serbia and wished him success in finalizing this process ". Prime Minister Hoti resumed the dialogue process with Serbia after the Paris Summit held on July 10, 2020. The dialogue continued on three basic principles: a final agreement with mutual recognition will be discussed, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo is non-negotiable, while the Constitution of Kosovo is inviolable.
