Haxhiu informs the OSCE chief about the law on confiscation of illegal wealth
The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu received the Ambassador, the Head of the OSCE Mission, Michael Davenport, who was accompanied by Mjellma Hapqiu Halijaj, Local Policy Officer. Minister Haxhiu informed Ambassador Davenport about the priority and commitment of the Ministry of Justice, starting from the commitment to the fight against organized crime and corruption which has started building the legal infrastructure to strengthen it. She also informed the ambassador about the concept document voted in the Government, which is only the first step towards drafting a new law on confiscation of illegal and unjustifiable wealth, while informing them more about its content.
