The Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers has today opened the application for the 'Government for Families' scheme aimed at long-term employment of jobseekers who have no employed family members. Conditions for application by job seekers: Belonging to the age group of 18-64 years; Not to have any family member employed; To be registered as unemployed/job seekers at the Employment Agency (APRK). Conditions for application by employers: Businesses must be registered and active in the Tax Administration of Kosovo; NGOs must be registered and active in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Method of subsidy: Compensation for the employer: 70% of the gross salary (maximum 300 euros subsidy from the Government per worker); Persons engaged through this scheme must not constitute more than 30% of the existing staff of the business.
