​Biden: Tornadoes as a result of climate change

US President Joe Biden described the tornadoes that hit six American states as the worst in history and added that they are a consequence of climate change causing a major change in weather conditions. Biden also approved the state of emergency for Kentucky, the state most affected by tornadoes, which killed at least 79 people. In addition to Kentucky, there are other victims in Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri.
