The meeting between the president of Albania Bajram Begaj and the chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has begun. Meanwhile, Begaj's meeting with leaders of the Democratic League of Kosovo was not held. Begaj will also have a meeting with representatives of minority parties and with the commander of KFOR. Begaj's visit to Kosovo started yesterday where he was received with state honors by the country's president Vjosa Osmani. In addition to Osmani, Begaj also met the head of the executive Albin Kurti. During his stay on the first day in Pristina, the President of Albania stated that both countries share the same aspirations towards the European path. He said that Albania supports Kosovo towards the European Union and NATO, while he emphasized that he will be the voice of Kosovo where he is given the opportunity. During yesterday's day, the president of Albania paid homage at the grave of the historical president Ibrahim Rugova and the Jashari family in Prekaz.
