6 deaths and 565 new cases with Covid-19
The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo has announced that during the last 24 hours, a total of 3,444 samples taken from UCHSK and tracking of case contacts in the field have been tested, of which 565 cases resulted positive. According to the institute, within 24 hours 6 deaths were reported with SARS CoV-2 positive. Death cases are from the municipalities: Prizren 2 cases (64, 64 years old), Dragash 1 case (86 years old), Prishtina 1 case (72 years old), Suhareka 1 case (78 years old) and Vushtrri 1 case (67 years old).
The total number of positive cases is 77,253 out of 354,967 persons suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,702. During the last 24 hours, 304 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 64,666 cases, while the number of active cases is 10,885.
