Measures taken by state and health institutions to prevent the spread of the corona virus are not being implemented as they should be. Kosovo Police continues to impose fines on persons who are not respecting these measures. In the last 24 hours alone, police have imposed 515 fines. The day before, 455 fines were imposed for non-compliance with measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
