Measures taken to protect and prevent the spread of COVID-19 are still not being implemented. In the last 24 hours alone in Kosovo, the police have imposed 388 fines for non-compliance with antiCOVID-19 measures. This has been announced in the 24-hour report of the Kosovo Police. While the number of positive cases with COVID-19 has increased, the latest report of the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK) states that 6 people died due to infection with COVID-19 and 529 resulted positive. The total number of positive cases is 74,748 out of 341,443 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,674. There are currently 10,091 active cases of COVID-19 in the country.
