In order to implement anti-COVID 19 measures, last night during an inspection of the Food and Veterinary Agency (FVA) together with the Kosovo Police in 127 inspections carried out, 18 fines were imposed on natural persons and 18 fines on legal entities. Also, 12 bars in Prishtina have been closed, reports KosovaPress. FVA spokesman Lamir Thaçi stressed that this agency regional office in Prishtina together with the Kosovo Police has taken all necessary actions in order to implement anti-COVID 19 measures against all violators. Thaçi said that in every case when field inspectors encounter actions that are contrary to the law, they will issue fines. He adds that all citizens have an obligation to respect anti-Covid measures to protect public health.
