A competition for KIA employees is announced
Based on Law no. 03/L-063, the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA) announces a competition for KIA employees. Reference number: KIA 1/2024 Salary levels: Classified Working hours: Full Contract duration: Indefinite Jobs: KIA The competition is announced for the following categories/fields: Intelligence Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have university education Knowledge of any of the following languages ​​is preferred: English, Serbian, Russian, Arabic, Chinese. Security of information technology and networks Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have university training and qualifications in the field of information technology; Knowledge of systems security in the field of information technology; Skills in using operating systems, applications, computer networks; Ability for communication, teamwork, support of other staff members; knowledge of the English language is preferred. Programming Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have university training and qualifications in the field of information technology; Knowledge of installing, managing and developing programs; Knowledge of creating and managing programs: desktop applications and web applications; Knowledge of developing programs in programming languages. Information technology support (Helpdesk) Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have university training and qualifications in the field of information technology; Knowledge in the field of information technology; Skills in using operating systems, applications, computer networks; Communication skills, teamwork, support of other staff members. Cybernetics Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have university training or secondary education and deep knowledge in the field of cybernetics proven by relevant certificates; Knowledge in the field of cybernetics; Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the English language; Desirable knowledge of other languages ​​of interest. Financial audit Qualifications and criteria required: University preparation - diploma of the Faculty of Economics; Certificate for certified accountant, certified auditor preferred; Three (3) years of professional work experience in auditing, accounting or finance; Knowledge of English is preferred. Performance audit Required qualifications and criteria: University preparation - faculty degree; Certificate for certified auditor, internal auditor or have a master's degree; Three (3) years of professional work experience in auditing, research or analysis, experience in auditing is preferred of performance; knowledge of the English language is preferred. Information technology audit Required qualifications and criteria: University preparation - faculty degree in relevant IT fields; Three (3) years of professional work experience in the IT field, work experience in the audit field is preferred; Auditor certification in the field is preferred TI; Knowledge of the English language is preferred.  Compliance audit Required qualifications and criteria: University preparation - faculty degree; To be a certified internal auditor or a certified auditor; Three (3) years of professional work experience in auditing, public administration, or finance; Knowledge of the English language is preferred .  Internal audit Required qualifications and criteria: University preparation in economics, law, public administration, public finance or other fields of study relevant to the sector to be audited; Certificate for internal auditor; At least three (3) years of professional work experience in auditing; knowledge of the English language is preferred. Physical security Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have secondary education; Proven physical skills; Ability to react quickly in situations of endangering the physical security of objects, personnel, personalities and information. Hygiene (Prishtina, Prizren) Required qualifications and criteria: Candidates must have primary education; Ability to organize their work. General conditions for employment: All candidates must meet the general conditions for employment in KIA as follows: Be citizens of the Republic of Kosovo; Be over the age of 18; Have the appropriate educational and professional qualifications; not to have taken the measure of exclusion or dismissal from KIA or other institutions of a similar nature; Successful completion of recruitment procedures. Candidates for employment at KIA will be subject to a medical examination procedure, security clearance and may be subject to other specific conditions. All candidates who declare incorrect data will be disqualified during the security verification process. In addition to the above conditions, candidates must also meet the strict security standards, defined in Article 14 of Law no. 03/L-063 on the Kosovo Intelligence Agency and the relevant legislation. Selection procedure: The selection process is classified and consists of several stages, including selection and testing. Candidates may apply in a maximum of two fields. The selection for the respective positions will be made depending on the qualifications, criteria and general conditions described in the competition as well as other specific, internal criteria and qualifications. Candidates can be tested in relation to the skills and abilities defined in the competition and the internal normative acts. Duration of employment: Based on the Law on KIA, internal rules and procedures, after the successful completion of the probationary period, employment in KIA is indefinite. Application procedure: Interested candidates must complete the application for employment and attach the following documents or evidence: motivation letter (expectations from the workplace and career goals); copies of evidence of completion of studies issued by educational institutions. Candidates who have completed their education abroad must bring a notarized diploma. a copy of the high school certificate (for the fields for which the secondary qualification is required); a copy of the primary school certificate (for the field for which the primary qualification is required); proof of work experience; copies of proof of other qualifications, training certificates or other forms of professional training; birth certificate or birth extract; copy of identity card or passport (valid); a 5x5 photo (no longer older than one month); certificate on criminal convictions (issued by KJK, not older than three months). The application is made only electronically on the official website of KIA, by completing the application and attaching the documents requested above. It is the responsibility of the applicants to ensure that they complete or describe in the application the required information, as well as that the attached documents are clearly visible and legible, otherwise, the applications will be considered incomplete/deficient. Closing date of the competition: The competition will be open fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of publication on the official website of KIA and in the media, namely from 05.07.2024 to 19.07.2024 at 16:00: XNUMX. Applications submitted after the deadline defined above will not be accepted, while incomplete/incomplete applications will be rejected. After each recruitment process/stage, only selected candidates will be contacted for further steps. In order to maintain the secrecy and procedures of the internal process, which is classified, KIA is not obliged to contact candidates who are not selected to continue in the recruitment stages.
