Xhemajli: Buxhovi's disinformation is a justification for Rugova who did not fulfill his constitutional duties
The Secretary of the
People's Movement of Kosovo (LPK), during the years 1987-1998, Emrush Xhemajli
has responded to the historian and one of the founders of the Democratic League
of Kosovo, Jusuf Buxhovi, saying that his whole problem is to remove the
responsibility from Ibrahim Rugova to carry out their constitutional duties for
the liberation of the country and to justify the non-participation in the armed
liberation war.
