Worker who fell from roof while working in Ferizaj in serious condition
A worker who fell from a roof while working yesterday at a construction site in Ferizaj is in a serious condition.
The director of the Intensive Care Unit at QKUK, Shaqir Uka, told KosovaPress that the patient has arrived at the Emergency Center, where he underwent all necessary medical examinations.
Afterwards, he was transferred to the Intensive Care Department, where he is lying in bed attached to medical equipment.
“Patient has fallen from a height, according to Ferizaj Hospital it is a height of 5–6 meters. He was initially taken to the Emergency Center, where he had medical examinations and was then transferred to Intensive Care. The injuries are serious, he is out of life-threatening danger,” he said for KosovaPress.
According to him, the patient has sustained the most serious injuries in the chest area.
