The draft law on economic recovery, which includes the withdrawal of 10 percent from the Trust, may enter into force in the first week of September. But 50 percent of the 630 thousand citizens who have open accounts in the Trust can not withdraw these funds due to the low amounts they have. All applications will be made online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
