The Kosovo national team played four matches within a few days this month which were valid for the League of Nations. From these four matches, Kosovo got two victories and two losses, these results made impossible for Kosovo to be ranked first in Group 2 of League C, KosovaPress reports. On June 2, Kosovo triumphed over Cyprus with a score of 2-0, then were defeated in Pristina by Greece on June 5. In the third match, Kosovo played again in "Fadil Vokrri", on June 9 they defeated Northern Ireland with a result of 3-2 and finally on June 12 they were defeated again by Greece with a result of 2-0. Coach Alain Giresse and his team-mates will return to action in September to play the group's last two games. On September 24, Kosovo plays against Northern Ireland and then closes this round with the match against Cyprus in Prishtina on September 27, 2022.
