The Hydro meteorological Institute of Kosovo has announced that the weather will be mostly cloudy, while in and places there will be light rain and snow. According to the institute, the minimum temperatures will range between 0-1 degrees Celsius, while the maximums of the day are forecasted between 3-4 degrees Celsius. "The wind will blow from the northeast with a speed of 1-7m / s", it is said in the announcement.
