Voting by mail for voters outside Kosovo for local elections begins today. The voting period by mail as announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC) ends on October 15. “During this period, all applicants successfully registered as voters outside Kosovo during the period from July 10 to August 18 have the right to vote by mail. The number of applicants who have been successfully registered as voters outside Kosovo and who can vote by mail is: 15 thousand 532 ", announced the CEC.
