The Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli, on the 21^st anniversary of the disappearance of the activist of our national movement, Ukshin Hoti, said that he was among the few intellectuals who believed that our people would succeed to win the freedom and who had the courage to raise his voice, when most of them chose submission.
