The Summit of the leaders of the Western Balkans has started in Tirana, reports KosovaPress. The European Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, has already held a meeting with the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama. Varhelyi announced that the implementation of the Economic and Investment Plan for the Western Balkans region will be discussed at today's Summit. He further added that today's meeting is preceded by the Berlin Process Summit, which will be held on July 5.
