The EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, after the publication of the 2021 Progress Report on Kosovo, said that constructive engagement is needed in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, and according to him, unilateral actions need be avoided.
