The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) has elected today Judge Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeals for a five-year term.

The Commission has recommended for voting in the Council also the candidates Bashkim Hyseni, Zyhdi Haziri, Nehat Idrizi and Hashim Qollaku, but they did not get enough votes...
