The Information and Privacy Agency, after conducting an inspection regarding the supervision of the legality of biometric data processing at the University of Prishtina and found that the University of Prishtina has installed equipment which processes biometric data, facial features, in order to identify during the registration of entry and exit of workers during working hours.

In this case, the Information and Privacy Agency has issued a decision banning the processing of biometric data, and has obliged to delete and destroy them...
