The Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK) and the Firefighters' Union have expressed dissatisfaction with the new law on salaries. They are seeking leveling with other services, as they say they are willing to be in the service of the people but not in the service of negligence. Atdhe Hykolli from UITUK, says for KosovaPress, that the new law on salaries is unacceptable, as this discriminates the employees in Kosovo. Regarding the division of categories, Hymolli says that all categories of employees have been underestimated by the draft that has come out, except the politicans. Asked if there would be any protests over dhe dissatisfaction, Hymolli did not deny it, despite saying he was trying to engage in dialogue on the issue.
