Today marks two years since the death of KLA activist and veteran, Rexhë Krasniqi. Krasniqi was an articulate voice of the national interest, an outstanding activist. Rexhë Krasniqi was an activist of the national cause in the 90s, one of the founders of the association for the return of Albanians and a veteran of the Kosovo Liberation Army. A technology engineer by profession, Rexhë Krasniqi has made his great contribution to the Peja Brewery as a technical director since the 70s until he was fired from his job in 1989, continuing his work after liberation. Rexë Krasniqi died after a short illness as a result of COVID-19, at the age of 66.
