Two skiers will represent Kosovo's Olympic team at the Winter Youth Olympic Games.

The Winter Youth Olympic Games will take place from January 19 to February 1 in the city of Gangwon, South Korea, KosovaPress reports.

Lirika Deva and Klos Vokshi will represent Kosovo in the disciplines of alpine skiing, slalom and giant slalom, and both have qualified with Olympic standards.

Coaches Kushtrim Deva and Ernest Sefaj will also travel with the team. Head of the mission is Bujar Turjaka.

1900 athletes aged 15 to 18 participate in the 2024 Gangwon Youth Olympic Winter Games. Kosovo is one of the 79 participating countries. Gangwon 2024 is the fourth edition of the Winter Youth Olympic Games, while for our team it is the second participation after debuting in Lausanne 2020.
