Kosovo Police have arrested two people suspected of war crimes against the civilian population during the Kosovo War.

According to a police statement, the suspects, two Kosovo Albanian men, were arrested as a result of investigative actions after allegedly committing crimes against the Albanian civilian population in Zubin Potok in April 1999. According to the allegations, 23 Albanian civilians were killed as a result of these actions.

By order of the prosecutor, the suspects have been remanded in custody, while investigations into the case are ongoing.
