The U.S. special envoy for talks between Kosovo and Serbia, Richard Grenell, last night held a virtual meeting with members of the American-Albanian community, where he said that there is an urgency in the need for Kosovars to organize and express their clear goals to pursue dialogue with an official request for another meeting.
