The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, based on the legislation in force, has decided that Wednesday, November 24, 2021, be declared a day of state mourning in solidarity with the victims who tragically lost their lives in a traffic accident in Bulgaria.

At least 46 people, including 12 children, lost their lives in a bus accident, they were traveling from Istanbul to Skopje. Most of the victims are Albanians...
