Today, the Assembly reviews the 2025 budget in the second reading
The Assembly of Kosovo today will review in the second reading the draft budget for the year 2025. For this draft law, 122 amendments have been proposed by the members of the parliament. The session with the only item on the agenda is scheduled for 10:00.
The Assembly of Kosovo on November 11, after 59 MPs approved the Law on the Budget of Kosovo in the first reading, decided to avoid the deadlines of the Assembly's regulations for reviewing the draft law on budget allocations.
On October 30, the Government of Kosovo approved the draft budget for the next year in the amount of 3 billion and 600 million euros or about 9 percent more than in 2024.
With this projection, 930 million euros are planned for capital investments.
Also, 105 million euros go to essential medicines and necessary health materials.
