The Minister of Justice, Selim Selimi has signed three administrative instructions which are foreseen by Code no. 06 / L-006 of Juvenile Justice. The Administrative Instruction on allowing annual leave for minors, the Administrative Instruction on the prohibition of visits for justifiable reasons and the Administrative Instruction on the program, rights, obligations and benefits for juveniles in the educational correctional center, have been signed by Minister Selimi .
