There is no legal basis that obliges the Kurti Government to give another ministry to the Serbian List. This is what the experts on legal issues in the country say, after the appeal of the Serbian List in the Constitutional Court.

The executive director of the Kosovo Law Institute, Ehat Miftaraj, says that the privileges that the Serbian List has gained in the past have not been enshrined in the Constitution.
