The visit to Kosovo of the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Matthew Palmer, and the European Union Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, is considered by international relations experts as a positive signal of transatlantic cooperation to reach a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. They told KosovaPress the three main messages of Palmer and Lajcak's visit.

The professor of International Relations, Afrim Hoti, says that the messages of international diplomats are the necessity for the resumption of dialogue, achieving mutual recognition and finding a compromise through negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia.
