BEDRI HAMZA with 21,105 votes, PERPARIM GRUDA second with 13,494 votes, ARIAN TAHIRI with 11,846 votes, URAN ISMAILI with 10,322 votes, SALA JASHARI with 7,590 votes, VLORA CITAKU with 7,228 votes, GANIMETE MUSLIU with 5,670 votes, ARBEN MUSTAFA with 5,090 votes, MERGIM LUSHTAKU with 5,004 votes, and tenth ENVER HOXHAJ with 4,547 votes.VJOSA OSMANI SADRIU first with 13,854 votes, LUMIR ABDIXHIKU second with 12,517 votes, DOARSA KICA XHELILI with 10,012 votes, HYKMETE BAJRAMI with 7,650 votes, AVDULLAH HOTI with 6,965 votes, UKË RUGOVA with 5,890 votes, KUJTIM SHALA with 5,733 votes, ANTON QUNI with 4,639 votes, LUTFI HAZIRI with 4,276 votes so far, and tenth ARMEND ZEMAJ with 4,237 votes.
