There is no quorum, the voting of another international agreement is postponed
In the absence of decision-making, the voting of the Draft Law no. 08/L-009 on the ratification of the amendment no. 1 of the Credit Framework Agreement of 14 August 2020, between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers, and the Council of Europe Development Bank, to finance the project "Emergency Response to COVID-19" is postponed. There were only 76 MPs in the hall and for the approval of this international agreement, which requires 2/3 of the MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo.
The Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Hekuran Murati, said that with this agreement, another 25 million euros will be added for the emergency response to COVID-19.
