There is no quorum, the Draft Law on the Protection of KLA War Values fails again
Even at today's plenary session there was not enough quorum for voting on draft laws and draft resolutions, remaining from previous sessions. It is about the Draft Law on the Protection of KLA War Values, the draft resolution from the report of the Prime Minister of Kosovo regarding the dialogue, the draft resolution from the interpellation of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Agim Veliu, the voting in principle of the Draft Law for the interim measures to mitigate the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the draft law on amending the Vehicle Law.
Due to the lack of a quorum, the Assembly of Kosovo, started today's session with about an hour delay. The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, called on the parliamentary groups to call the MPs to the session, because, according to her, there is no quorum to start the session.
