The majority in the Assembly of Kosovo has not secured the necessary votes to dismiss five members of the Independent Oversight Board for the Kosovo Civil Service. Only 55 MPs took part in the voting process, so in the absence of decision-making this item on the agenda has been postponed. However, the attempt to dismiss this council was opposed by the opposition and was considered an arbitrary tendency to seize institutions. Vetëvendosje Movement MP, Armend Muja, justifying the dismissal, said that it has to be done due to politicization and undeserved appointments.
