Witness Brahim Mehmetaj told the trial panel that he never received any orders from Salih Mustafa to arrest anyone and then send to him. Mustafa's first defense witness said that in addition, he had not even heard inside the BIA unit that anyone had done such a thing. During his testimony at the trial against Salih Mustafa in The Hague, Mehmetaj said that BIA members used a house in Zllasha to take shelter and that they had no other work in that area.
