The Ambassador of the United States of America in Pristina, Jeffrey Hovenier, has stated that an important agreement was reached on Saturday in Ohrid.

Hovenier has emphasized that the USA will provide full support for the implementation of the obligations arising from the agreement for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

"An important agreement has been reached. The United States of America will provide full support for the implementation of these obligations in accordance with our long-term commitments to advance security, stability and prosperity for the people of Kosovo and the region," he wrote on Twitter.
