The Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Public Health announce that the sample of the Kosovar patient suspected of monkeypox, sent for testing in the Laboratories of the Netherlands, has turned out to be negative.

As it is known from the announcements of the Ministry of Health, on June 3, 2022 at 17:41, NIPHK received from the Infectious Diseases Clinic-UCCK a report on a suspicious case of monkeypox, for a male patient (1953) from the municipality of Dragash, hospitalized in this clinic, and whose skin change samples were taken to be sent for laboratory tests in the Netherlands...
