Panelists will discuss the Western Balkans’ ties to Western powers, Russia’s hybrid warfare, and the impact of Russian and Chinese investments on the region’s political and economic landscape. The discussion will also highlight economic dependencies, trade trends, and investments, underlining the need for regional stability and cooperation.
