The State Prosecutor has announced that he is supervising the process of voting for or against the removal of the mayors in the four municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, Leposaviq, Zubin Potok, Zveçan and North Mitrovica.

According to a communiqué, since seven o'clock in the morning today, the state prosecutors together with the Kosovo Police are engaged, in police stations of the four respective municipalities, to closely supervise the progress of the voting process and are ready to react in any case where the voting process is obstructed.

Likewise, the State Prosecutor, in order to prevent any irregularities related to the right to vote, invites citizens, the media and civil society to cooperate and report to the Police and the Prosecutor regarding all eventual claims related to abuses related to this process.
