The Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) says it is closely following developments regarding the bankruptcy situation of Telecom of Kosovo, once the most profitable public enterprise. According to GLPS, although the telecommunications sector has seen steady and stable profit growth in all European countries, both in private and public sector, Telecom of Kosovo has recently come close to bankruptcy, among other things, from the implementation of an arbitral decision of the operator Zmobile (formerly, Dardafone.net) to the detriment of Telecom.
