The initial session in the trial of the murder of the Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic has been postponed due to procedural controversies between lawyers, after the indications that one of the lawyers represented two clients in the case.  Lawyer Tomë Gashi in this case, has requested the dismissal of his colleague, although Gashi, with the same allegations has an indication that in the well-known case "Toka" he has represented two clients.

Lawyer Musa Damati, a defense attorney for the suspect S.A., said that the filing of three indictments in a high-level political case is unprecedented. He even said that postponing such high-level hearings is not in the interest of justice and is not a good image for Kosovo.
