The parliamentary debate of the MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo on persons with special needs has ended.

Although they have been discussing all day, the MPs have not been able to vote on the resolution of the initiator of the debate, MP Fetah Rudi. Because there were only thirty MPs in the hall that made it impossible to vote at today's session.
