Despite the fact that the Government of Kosovo has postponed for 48 hours the decision to impose fines on the owners of cars with illegal license plates, security expert Drizan Shala is asking the Government to cancel the decision on license plates.

According to him, the request of the American ambassador to Kosovo, Jeffrey Hovenier, came after the failure of the European Union to reach an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on the license plate issue.
