The safety and health of workers continues to be at an unsatisfactory level in Kosovo. This is estimated to have emerged in the period of the pandemic, where many workers lost their lives as a result of inadequate provision of antiCOVID-19 measures by employers and institutions. On the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, at the Freidrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation, the lack of inter-institutional coordination for the implementation of the Law on Safety and Health at Work was criticized. The organizer of this roundtable, Besa Luzha said that the attention of institutions should be greater in the safety and health of workers.
